VARK Questionnaire

What type of learner were you identified as? - Kinesthetic

Does this surprise you? - Not at all, because my best way of learning has always been in a practical manner. When having to learn how to use certain software or ASP for my A Level course, I found the best way was to play around until I got the hang of it.

Which style of learning is your least favourite? What techniques could you practice to help to enhance this learning style? - My least favourite learning style is Reading.I cant stand reading and I have a very short attention span when it comes to books. I might be able to help this by reading in small chunks - have a break - and then read a bit more.

  1. I like reading in small chunks too. I find sometimes I get well into some books and can't stop just like a constant stream of thoughts- I hope you find a book that does that for you. It's a good feeling.

  2. I agree - I also read in small chunks to begin with, and then re-read the whole article. If it is a book that I really enjoy I can read and read, but if it is a difficult document - I fight to stay awake!! - so chunk it up and it makes a difference.
